The amenity passes offered provide flexible options for accessing the different facilities available. Fireworks are not allowed on the premises. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine ($1000) , eviction, and forfeiture of remaining nights.



Please Park all vehicles in driveway as street parking is not allowed and will result in a $200 fine.

Honestly, I don’t know where to begin to explain how amazing this property was. There is nothing better than going to a place and you have everything you need and more. The house was well equipped with all the essentials. Check in was a breeze. Communication was top notch. Location was great. I have two very busy boys ages 7&9! there was something for them to do at all times. If they weren’t playing in the games room they were hanging out in the hot tub with us or exploring the yard. We loved watching the deer snacking on the grass from the hot tub. We did activities like camelback adventures, camelback indoor water park, 904 fun golf & Poconos snake and animal zoo just to mention a few. We had an amazing vacation and our boys are already begging to go back.

Great Stay

Great attention to details by the renters. The house is maintained clean and orderly. Only needed to get groceries, all else was provided. The area is very secluded and peaceful. We enjoyed using the hot tub on the deck. The renter was available whenever I had any questions. Thank you for making us feel comfortable.
