The space
Step into this spacious 3-bedroom + additional kids hangout room with sleeping arrangement, 3-bath retreat nestled in the peaceful Emerald Lakes community. The home features an open-concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and dining space perfect for family meals or game nights.

The master suite offers a king bed and ensuite bath. Two additional bedrooms provide queen beds, and a dedicated playroom includes a kids’ sleeping nook with bunks and toys — perfect for little ones!

Downstairs, enjoy a large family room with board games, smart TV, and sliding doors leading to the backyard. Outside, unwind by the duck pond or gather around for a BBQ. With central heat/AC, laundry facilities, and complimentary coffee & tea, this home is perfect year-round.
