With 2 beaches, Heated year round indoor pool and summer seasonal heated outdoor pool, tennis and pickleball courts, 2 basketball courts, Community Center with Arcade/game room, locker rooms, bar and dining area, catch and release fishing lake, playgrounds, even a butterfly park! You are sure to feel the stress melt away!

Our notable nearby attractions are :7 miles to Camelback Mountain or 11 miles to Big Boulder Ski Mountain / 4 miles to Kalahari Waterpark and Adventure area/ 2 miles to Alvin's ATV riding, 10 miles to Pocono Premium Outlets, 10 miles to Pocono Raceway, Hiking galore and many Nationally recognized Golf Clubs- choose your summer and wintertime fun!

The House:
Our warm and inviting A Frame home is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath with large wraparound deck, plenty of parking and graveled yard area to enjoy your evening fires.
The smartly designed kitchen is ultra sleek while offering everything your chef will need to make some great vacation meals., including a large island counter for prep and serving.
Real wood burning fireplace is the focal point of the living room, with comfy seating and a Smart TV for all viewing apps.
The Upstairs loft Smart TV also has an Arcade Stick with thousands of games and 2 wireless controllers!

Sleeping:
Choose from either of the queen bedrooms on the main level, beds are made and ready to go plus room darkening blinds and closet space.
Or opt for the loft space with beautiful views out front and back windows, providing a queen bed, tv, clothes hanging space, Gaming Stick providing 20,000 games for 2 players, and seating area.

Outdoor Space:
Enjoy our huge wraparound deck with seating , gas grill and fun oversized games like Jenga, Corn Hole and Connect 4! Or choose to cozy around the firepit.

**Pool and beach availability is not within owner control and is not a refundable item if unavailable for any reason during your stay**

Pets are welcome to visit too! We have a $35 per pet, per stay fee.

Important to know:
Guest must be 25 yrs old to book
Guest will approve our short term rental agreement and fill out the Association Registration form for all guests and motor vehicles - no exceptions
Guest will be required tosign off on Rental & Association forms once booked. A photo of valid drivers license will also be required
The home has security camera outside pointing to the driveway for your safety
No Smoking indoors
Firewood not provided, indoor fireplace requires Durflame logs
Visiting Pets must be kept off of beds and furniture unless you provide coverings from home.
