Guests may bring boats or other watercraft; the property features a boat launch and dock for your convenience. Boats and trailers must not exceed 25 feet in length. Anything over 25 feet must be stored off-site. Streaming apps are available for guests to use with their own personal logins. This home is located within a gated community that requires extra documentation in order to permit guest access, as mandated by the HOA/Resort.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
