Resort style gated community with private marina, boat ramp, private beach, pool, gym, sauna, tennis, pickle ball, ping pong, basketball, shuffle board, convenience store, gas station in the marina. Tiki and barbecue area, beach volleyball and daily community events and activities. This community is very well kept and organized.
