Private Waterfront near Ocean Beaches

Luxurious studio apartment with fully equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom with large claw foot tub, and luscious bedding. The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs.

Kayak on the creek in the backyard, or bike to the beach (beach passes provided), or do yoga on the beach on a new mat which you get to keep!

The space:
I like to create serene spaces. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. With great Wifi, it is also perfect for a work vacation by the beach. The queen size bed is new with a Stearns and Foster mattress, and the twin size French antique daybed has a 13 1/2 inch mattress. Sheets are all organic cotton. New mini-split air conditioning keeps you cool in silence! Everything has been selected for understated luxury, softness, and comfort.

Guest access:
It is easy to drive everywhere. There are two parking spaces on the driveway. Beach parking is seasonal. You may wish to use the (2 adult) bikes available for you.

Other things to note:
Going kayaking straight out of the backyard is a special treat. The creek takes you to the bay - all part of the Shrewsbury River Estuary.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette with a refrigerator and a microwave. The apartment also includes a coffee maker.
