Stressful experience
At 7:30pm on the night of our arrival, we still had not received an email with details of the stay. I called the property at 5:50p and left the first of many messages to be left by myself and VRBO customer service. Eventually, I get a return call and was told the girl that handles that is driving and won't be able to send it for a while. By 8P, the lady who called me sent the email but did NOT have the door code. Door code was sent later via text.
Absolutely no instructions in the property. No WiFi codes, TV instructions or anything except a handwritten note about the kitchen faucet not working. The next morning, we discovered the coffeemaker had been hidden in the cabinet for a reason as there was 12 cups of coffee on the counter & floor. Carafe was cracked badly and leaking. Got a new coffeemaker & WiFi password on day 2.
Having to spend 1.5 hours on 4 calls to VRBO and numerous messages to the property to get details to get into the condo was not what I wanted after driving all day. Nice enough property but poorly executed and managed.
