The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Wash and dry all dishes very well and put away. Wipe counters.
*3 Bags Max of trash to be left in the house by kitchen garbage can. The rest of trash outside of the 3 bags must be taken home. Recycle all cans and bottles at home. Do not leave trash outside.
Put all used bed linens and used towels on back balcony table.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

1st reservation change: ok, 2nd reservation change: guest will be charged higher reservation amount between the two, no more changes after that.
EV charging -regular household outlet, $13 per night. Please let us know if you plan to charge your EV. We do check through our Ring Security System.
Good Neighbor Rules -10:00pm noise curfew. Keep the neighbors happy at all times, they will call me or the police. No Fires except in fireplace stove.

Pinecrest proximity and lots of bedrooms and beds and sitting area

Love the place . Super super clean ! Loved the big deck and sitting and dining area outside . Great grill and very clean. Awesome upstairs for kids to play games and watch tv and convenient twin beds for the two teens. Kitchen has little rice cooker , coffee maker , toaster. New stove . You do have to wash your dishes but they ah e lots of dishes to share and Cook with . Air conditioning too!
