O café da manha com poucas opções mas sempre tudo muito gostoso, atendimento sem dúvidas é o melhor ponto do hotel junto com a excelente localização. Or quarta são limpos porém são antigos e dá a impressão de serem sujos, parte da piscina muito bom, para viagem a trabalho é um excelente custo benefício.

Em relação a recepção, café da manhã e estacionamento não tenho nada a reclamar, pessoal bem atencioso e prestativo. No dia em que nos hospedamos o hotel estava bem lotado e quando entrei no aposento, percebi que o banheiro não havia sido limpo, cheiro forte de urina, assento do sanitário estava mofado. Reclamei com a recepção mas como não tinha ninguém para fazer o serviço o banheiro ficou daquele mesmo jeito, daí nós mesmos demos o nosso jeito para passar a noite.

A estadia se iniciou com uma boa expectativa e terminou em frustração. Sabe quando você pensa: eu deveria ter lido as avaliações antes? Pois então! Leiam e não se hospedem nesse lugar. A aparência na chegada parece ótima, linda fachada, funcionários atenciosos, estacionamento amplo, mas o terror começa no quarto: chão sujo, banheiro sujo, vidro da janela sujo, toalhas sujas(ou manchadas, não dá pra distinguir). O que se salva no geral, é que a cama até que é confortável e o café da manhã é gostoso, mas a minha avaliação no geral é: procurem outro lugar, pois, no preço desta estadia, é possível encontrar lugares bem melhores.

Fiz duas reservas, dois quartos para 4 pessoas. Chegando nos ofereceram um quarto com 6 camas, 2 banheiros, recém reformado. Aceitamos. Mas o quarto estava imundo! Extremamente sujo com resquícios de obra e muita poeira, o cheiro estava terrível, mesas de cabeceira muito sujas de poeira, com marcas de copo, resto de bolacha caído na lateral. As camas com lençóis sujos, ciscos de sujeira, e fios de cabelos (provavelmente de hóspedes anteriores). Dois banheiros, mas só um tinha pia. Reclamamos da limpeza e nos afirmaram não ter outros quartos disponíveis, mas que haveria uma limpeza extrema no quarto. Ao chegar no final do dia, o quarto ainda estava sujo, tiveram a coragem de só arrumar, não trocar os lençóis, não lavaram o banheiro, não limparam mesmo após a reclamação. A gestão desse hotel é uma piada. Um a empresa seria é competente jamais deixaria algo desse tipo acontecer. Não reservem estadias nesse lugar!!

Um bom hotel em Londrina

Estive entre os dias 13 e 14 de Setembro de 2025 para o show do Thiaguinho. O hotel atendeu as expectativas para um curto período de estadia. O quarto e normal e um pouco antigo, o banheiro tem uma ótima ducha e esta limpo e organizado. O café da manhã é bom dentro do esperado, os alimentos são frascos e de boa qualidade, a reposição é frequente e a limpeza e boa. A localização é fantástica e o hotel por completo e bonito, limpo, cheiroso e todos os funcionários são super atenciosos.

Hotel antigo

Exceto pelo ar condicionado, que é novo, o hotel está preso na década de 60. O mobiliário é extremamente antigo e carece de uma renovação. Madeiras desgastadas, vidros trincados e paredes com pinturas descascadas. A rede Goldmen deveria ter paralisado o atendimento e feito uma reforma mínima ao assumir a operação. Os funcionários são excelentes e, dentro das condições apresentadas, entregam a melhor atenção e presteza possíveis. O café da manhã é básico, nada de excepcional. O estacionamento é externo ao hotel, sem cobertura e sem manobristas.

Hotel muito bem localizado bem perto do Shopping e do Parque Igapo. Cafe muito bom. A unica ressalva é com relacao ao estacionamento que nao fica no hotel e sim proximo e as escadas para acesso ao piso superior.
