Hotel offered service that reflected the price and location. It was certainly nothing to write home about, but did have the proper amenities. My principle complaint would be the unkempt state of our room upon arrival, with no towels, an old shampoo container, and much dust on the floor.

A cama era muito ruim, velha, colchão ruim, chuveiro horrível, tudo muito antigo. O suco de laranja do café da manhã estava estragado. Um dos atendentes da recepção não tinha profissionalismo, ficava fazendo brincadeiras sem graça, principalmente com mulheres. Além disso, o mesmo atendente nos mandou no primeiro andar, tive que subir e descer e no final o quarto era no décimo andar. Ficar subindo e descendo com criança no colo e malas, achei muito desrespeitoso e falta de profissionalismo ao passar informações e atender os hóspedes.
