The Gatelodge is located at the entrance of Brook Hall Estate, only 3 miles from the city centre and 7 miles from City of Derry Airport. Built around 1820, it is a traditional yet comfortable and well-presented cottage, furnished to a high standard with all basic amenities. With four bedrooms, one bathroom and sleeping 4-6, it is perfect for both families and groups alike.

Brook Hall Estate is the home of one of the finest arboretums on the island of Ireland hosting over 400 unique varieties of trees, plants and shrubs. Guests can enjoy access to the gardens upon request.

You will have full private access to the Gatelodge with off road parking for 2 vehicles.
The cottage is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
