Situated on the second floor (no lift) this flat is spread over two floors with a secret roof top to enjoy a coffee on! As you enter there is a small single room with sofa bed idea for 1 guest or a child. This room looks over a mews at the back of the property and is equipped with a desk. A few steps up, you'll find a bright, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, and a spacious living room overlooking the street. The sitting room has two sofas, a TV, and coffee table - one of the sofas converts into a single bed, accommodating an additional guest.
Mid-level, the family bathroom offers a shower over bath, sink, loo, and washing machine for added convenience.
The top floor features two serene double bedrooms, both with ample storage. The master bedroom benefits from an ensuite shower and loo, and stairs lead to a private rooftop area - a hidden gem perfect for catching some sun or enjoying a quiet moment above the city.
