2 Bedroom apt was just what we needed.

We had a great stay and accommodations were just as described. It was a little further out than I'd thought but that was totally my fault. Communication was difficult setting up our stay due to possible issue with VRBO messaging. VRBO host Terrance who checked us in with his partner along with the man who checked us out were lovely.

Good experience

The stay was very pleasant. The check in was easy and very friendly. The place could use additional forks and the light was out in the master bathroom. The shower head in the hall bath needs to be replaced or cleaned. Also some fans would be nice as well. Overall we would come back.

Frustrating experience -- poor communication & unclean accommodation

We selected this VRBO because the listing appears to show a fairly new unit located in a nice area in Greenwich/London. We thought this would be a great for our family of 4. Unfortunately, it proved very frustrating and the unit was not cleaned as one would expect. Communication was probably the most frustrating. On the day of arrival, I communicated with Terrence several times using VRBO. He responded that day and we agreed to meet at the unit for check-in. We arrived and he was there on site. This went ok. However, it would have been good if he could have communicated instructions sooner and/or had an easier process. Once we got settled in the room, it was clear that the cleaning was minimal. You could see the carpet was dirty with hair/dust all around the room. Also, there were wadded up sheets in one of the closets. Could this apartment be cleaned and presentable? Absolutely. But, it wasn't! Also, the bedding and pillows were pretty bad. They need to put some effort into having a clean accommodation with good pillows, towels, & amenities. The worst part was the check out. Terrence told us that he would meet us at the unit at a specific time to turn in the key. We agreed on a time that was before we had to leave for our departing flight. On the check out day, the meeting time came and went. Terrence didn't communicate at all. I texted him, called, sent messages. He ignored them. I had to leave the key and stress about if he checked us out ok.

Beautiful unit conveniently located!

The unit was great! It was very convenient to have a washer dryer in the unit. The bus stop was literally right outside the door and it was very easy to connect to the subway to get to central London. Terrence was wonderful, he had an air mattress delivered to the unit for our girls, he even drove us around the neighborhood to find an open restaurant on Christmas Day! 😃 Overall it was a lovely and comfortable place to stay!
