I traveled around a world and this is second time in London…. Life lesson!: don’t come near the property like this. Great inconvenience: took 14 min walk to pick up the keys in dark drizzle night no lift/super narrow stiff stairs, moldy smell in the bathroom massy/dirty laundry closet… no post check out luggage holding (just referral to Stash)… ending up spending extra $$ to book the spot & took close to 40 min to locate the Stash/luggage holder. Lastly, it took additional 10 min walk to drop the keys… yet this place wasn’t cheap $$$…ouch…valued 1.5/5! “Hyde park gem”or Hyde park Germ?
