We were pretty much only there to sleep so it was fine for our purposes and the location was ideal for our needs (5 minute walk to goldsmiths university) but I wouldn’t choose to stay there otherwise. The outside and entrance hall are not in great condition. There was a strong smell of damp and that carried a bit into the flat too. There was damp smell in the bathroom of the flat too. The upstairs neighbours were quite loud which was not great. The flat itself was clean and furnishings were in good condition. No curtains in one of the rooms and ripped paper ones in the other two. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was clean.
