Pros:This is a beautiful, clean, well maintained property, and we sincerely enjoyed staying here. The listing details and photos are well reflective of the apartment. It was great to have 2 full bathrooms for 4 of us. The washer/dryer was very useful. The kitchen had the essential pots, pans and dishes to prepare a meal and all appliances worked well. We had an ample supply of toilet paper and toiletries for our full stay.Instructions to obtain the apartment key and how to enter the building were very helpful.The location was excellent!! It was walking distance from the London Bridge Station, the Shard, Borough Market, and the Tower of London Bridge, with many groceries, restaurants and other shops close by. A bus stop (bus routes 42, 78 and 188) is right outside the door.Cons:A few small things not significantly impacting our stay.Dish cloths/towel to wipe counters, table, and to dry dishes would have been great, but appreciated the supply of paper towels in lieu. Foil paper and a baking tray would have been useful to have.Bath mats should be provided, especially as the rubber in the shower doors is peeling off at the bottom and water escapes while showering.An instruction manual on how to operate the washer/dryer, lock doors, operate stove, where/how to throw out garbage, how to close blinds, and what to do before departure (who to give the keys to) would have been helpful as the property manager was not always quick to respond.Otherwise highly recommended!!
