Private 2 bed, kitchen & bathroom in shared home

Beautifully modernised and extremely clean 2 double bedroom accommodation set within a shared home. Your rooms are located on the first floor and comprise of a large private bathroom, separate full kitchen, and two double bedrooms. The 1st floor landing is shared with only one other person who lives above, (mostly away on business, so you may not see him at all.) Myself and my daughter live downstairs and therefore do not go upstairs while we have guests as we highly value your privacy. :)

The space
Kitchen:

You will have a fully equipped & practical cottage style kitchen, with everything you would need to do any kind of cooking. If you want to bake, let us know and we’ll add baking utensils for you (we have everything). Large window, huge fridge, storage space and a step stool to reach high shelves.

Half-Studio Bedroom 1:

Bedroom One has a double bed. It is large, airy and has a four seater round table for playing games, working or eating meals. This room has ample space for suitcases, and a large wardrobe for hanging clothing and further storage, and a full length mirror.

Bedroom 2:

Bedroom two is a super cosy garden view, quiet room with a king sized bed. You’ll have the best night sleep of your life in here. It has clothes hanging space, more strategic storage spots, and a large mirror.

Bathroom:

This is a large bathroom with a spacious shower. It’s very bright and perfect for getting ready in!

Travel:

We have excellent transport links to get you all around London.

25-35 minutes to Liverpool Street station via Highams Park (overground)

35-45 minutes to kings cross (underground via Walthamstow or Blackhorse Road)

The area:

We are located right in Chingford mount. There are many many brilliant local restaurants and cafes which we are more than happy to recomend.

We have a quaint park for walking, are a very short bus ride away from the incredible Epping forest.

More lovely restaurants and especially pubs a short bus ride or 20 minute walk away in Highams Park, or you can go a little further to Blackhorse Road & Walthamstow.

The road and around has free parking, you just have to find a spot it may be further down.

Guest access
All on the first floor, two bedrooms, one kitchen and one bathroom. All only used by you alone.

Other things to note
Home truths:

We are located on a busy road, so bedroom 1 will hear bit of that especially with windows open but its not bad with windows closed, as you will be on the 1st floor.

There is a 3 person adult family living in the house, so you may see us in the hallways, but your actual rooms including kitchen and bathroom are just for you.
