The hotel is very close to LHR. Nice room. Nice restaraunt. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the airport, but you have to pay separate.

There was a power loss in the middle of the night that woke me up because it got hot in the room without airflow. The phone worked though so I called the desk. They said most of it was back on and it would be completely restored

Property is looking very tired. The carpets in the hallway are dirty. Carpet in the room badly stained. Bed linen drops to the carpet very unhygienic due to the low mattress. Have stayed in a number of Premier hotels in the last two months with OK cleanliness and this one sadly needs attention

The rooms and hallways are run down. Communication with and responsiveness from staff was limited and ineffective. Disappointing stay.

Took a bus from Terminal 2 to the hotel and it was about 30 minutes due to various stops along the way. The next day I took a bus back to Terminal 2 and it was about 10 minutes. Had to discover this myself, as the site was all about the parking and I didn't have a car. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great spot to stay just after a day of travel and just before another one.
