The shower was filthy, I was booked for three nights, and the elevator did not work for my entire three night stay. The gentleman at the front desk told me I should pray about the elevator when I asked him the status of repair because I was staying on the fourth floor. The front dash also told me that they were working on the repair. However, there were no signs of the elevator being repaired at any time during the three nights I stayed. Had I not paid for my entire stay in full? I would’ve transferred to another hotel. I will never stay here again. I will never recommend this location.

Arrivée à la borne,ma réservation introuvable avec mon nom,et ils demandent un code postal qui ne fonctionne pas Chambre sale,pas de passage de femme de ménage pendant 4 jours,odeur de tabac le deuxième jour. Chauffage réglé sur la Clim en arrivant,mon mari est tombé malade Et je soupçonne le vol dans notre chambre d’argent liquide et de carte de transport. Un autre couple d’ami s’est fait volé de l’argent également ainsi que le portefeuille de leur fille

El hotel no cumplió mis expectativas, por qué Yo había contratado una habitación para cuatro y me encontré con una habitación para tres en tres días no nos hicieron la habitación el personal del no quiso ni hizo esfuerzo por entender. El Suelo del hotel estaba pegajoso La única persona que estuvo muy atenta fue una chica de recepción que hizo por entendernos y nos solucionó los problemas

Jeg overnattede her i to nætter, og desværre var oplevelsen langt under forventning. Ved ankomst fungerede de to automatiske check-in skærme ikke, og der stod kun én medarbejder, som tydeligvis var overbelastet og forvirret, mens hun forsøgte at håndtere alle gæster manuelt. Det gav en kaotisk og langsommelig start på opholdet. Kun én elevator var i drift den første dag, og på andendagen var begge ude af funktion på grund af renovering – ret upraktisk, når man bor på 5. sal. Værelset var udmærket med en god seng og brusebad, men der var flere småting, som trak ned: shampoo-dispenseren var tom, og fjernbetjeningen til tv’et virkede ikke, selv efter jeg fik udleveret brugte batterier i receptionen næste dag. Restauranten virkede lukket, og man måtte bede personalet om at åbne, hvis man ønskede at spise. Maden var desværre skuffende – en kold burger og den mest tørre cheesecake, jeg længe har fået, serveret med en kugle is, der tydeligvis havde været optøet før. Morgenmaden var under middel. Der var kun én medarbejder til at tage imod gæster, rydde borde og tørre dem af. Jeg måtte til sidst sætte mig ved et uryddet bord og spise med beskidt service fra tidligere gæster. Alt i alt et ophold med alt for mange fejl og mangler. Jeg plejer ikke at klage over småting, men her var der simpelthen for mange ting, der ikke fungerede.
