Durante los 4 días previos al check-in se intentó contactar con el anfitrión para obtener la información de acceso y nadie respondió. Ni por correo, ni al teléfono ni a los mensajes en la plataforma. 0 respuesta. Llegado el momento del check-in hubo que solicitar un reembolso y buscar otro alojamiento alternativo para esa misma noche.Si se reserva este alojamiento. mi consejo es que se intente contactar con el anfritrión antes de que acabe el periodo de cancelación gratuita para evitar acabar en mi misma situación.
