I stayed in a single room for £54. Which for the location is a great price. Very basic but clean. Shower wasn't great but it worked and the water was hot. Don't expect free toiletries or tea/coffee in the room for this price. Breakfast was good and included in the cost.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in . No complimentary coffee/tea but a kettle. The room was disastrous please see pics . Breakfast was bacon eggs beans toast . No other choices. Shower soaked every thing but you . Never stay here again

Me and my boyfriend was very disappointed in the hotel. The greeting we received was not good, could not take payment has manager was not there. Room had no where to put your clothes just a coat hook with some hangers. Room had to go in side ways. Shower temperature hot or boiling. Bedding was old fashioned and was hospital style blankets. The breakfast was terrible no choice it was 1 rasher of hard bacon, cold beans and rubber eggs. We didn't even bother the next day. You had to ring the door bell every time you wanted to get in. Only good thing as that the room was warm. But I would avoid this hotel as other hotels around.

Awesome position, good value/price. The staff was really nice. It is not the most beautiful hotel I have been in my life. You can have a good breakfast (bacon, beans, eggs, bread with marmalade and orange juice/tea/coffee but it is always the same. If you don't want to spend a lot and you don't pretend the best quality of your life then choose it. The position is great and close to everything.

Staying at Pacific hotel was one of the Best choices we made in London!!! We booked it some months beforehand at a good price and it was a value for money. The bedrooms were just renovated and bright. The size of them was normal given the standards of London and they were prim. The location, next to Paddington station, was a big advantage of the hotel, since offered easy transportation to every central location, as well as to the airport. As for the neighbourhood, it was full of restaurants and supermarkets. The biggest surprise however, was the owner of the hotel, Nikos. He was extremely hospitable. He was helpful beyond words and patient to explain and help us with literally everything. We have amazing memories from Pacific Hotel and we highly recommend it to others !!!

The location of this hotel is great! Close to tube stations and local amenities. The room itself is tiny with limited space to unpack but the bed was made every day and clean (but small) towels provided. Bathroom is also small but the shower is lovely and hot. Breakfast isn't a full English but was served fresh and quick.

Went with my daughter, we were on the top floor accessible by stairs or lift. There was a kettle and cups but no tea, coffee, sugar or milk; so we had to buy some. The en-suite bathroom was outside the bedroom on a fire escape corridor which had a wardrobe in it and a door leading to the main stairs (which had a small bolt on it, easily broken and had to be as it was the fire escape route) we did not think it would stop anyone that wanted to get in so we took our valuables with us. The shower was very small as was the whole bathroom, had to come back into the bedroom to get ouselves dry as there was just no room in there. The dining area was in the basement area. Unfortunately the cooked breakfast was cold, the eggs were very dry and overcooked, may have been sitting on a hotplate for a while. The cooked breakfast, 2 fried eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, 1 tablespoon of beans, lots of toast, orange juice, tea or coffee. There was butter, jam and marmalade. It was enough for us; but there were no cereals, yoghurt or fruit and we had our table partly cleared whilst we were still eating! The beds were comfy, had tv, and heating came on at night. The staff serving in the kitchen were lovely. Wifi was free but was hit and miss. Hotel was close to the underground and places to eat, Tesco express just up the road and a good chip shop. We were happy with our stay for the price we paid, but we would stay here again.

We stayed for two nights and it was not a pleasant experience. Our room was stifling, so we had no choice to open the window however then we had to endure the noise of the traffic. The bed felt like it was falling apart and the base was heavily stained. One of our pillows was just disgusting with a huge pink and red stain on it. It should've been thrown away. The carpet needed a good vacuum and my husband caught his foot on a nail that was sticking out of the floor and through the carpet. There was a large stain on the ceiling and the room was poorly decorated and maintained. The door to the bathroom had no catch on it so the door would not remain shut, there was just a hole where the catch should have been. There was a cracked window in the bathroom. The shower area, the ceiling and the tile grouting was covered in mould. The hotel advertises free toiletries but there were none. It also states 24 hour reception, which again is not true. We were left outside on Saturday afternoon banging on the door and ringing the bell before someone turned up to let us in. No apology or anything. Don't bother with the free breakfast, it consisted of warm soggy bread that I can only assume was mean't to be toast, cold baked beans and eggs and a rasher of bacon that had clearly been kept luke warm for sometime. We didn't bother with it on our second morning. Also, why provide a kettle and mugs when there is no coffee or tea? They looked like they had never been used!! The bonus of this hotel was it's location, nice and near to Paddington Station. Other than that I can't think of anything nice to say about it.

The only good thing about this hotel is its close to Paddington Station apart from that don't bother. Had to wait to enter hotel until a guest who had key went in, then wait another 15 minutes before the receptionist came. No greeting or sorry to keep you waiting, was booked in 5 flights of steep stairs and I walk with a walking stick,no help offered with luggage and basically the room was nearly in the attic.Unbearably hot and stuffy, asked for a fan but told they had run out and just open window. Kettle in room with 2 cups no tea/coffee or teaspoons, told to go to dining room down more stairs for one.No sink plug and the toilet you had to flush several times to clear, The two different receptionists we saw were both the same, lethargic, unhelpful .not very welcoming so must be a criteria to work here. The beds were old and uncomfortable 3 nights here was not very restful,as because of the heat in room had to sleep with window open which resulted in very noisy traffic.

This is suitable for a one night stay by travelers arriving from Heathrow. It's pretty close to major sights and offers a very good "full English breakfast." Otherwise, utterly without charm, and the staff is surly and unhelpful in the extreme.
