Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Sheets were not changed or clean. Fridge still had remains from a previous tenant. No hot water. Bathroom carpet had used bandages stuck to it. Unpleasant.

Nice appartement - horrible communication
The appartement is as advertised...nice space with small but functional bathroom, kitchen and bedroom... though I would add the smell that comes from the nailsshop downstairs. They tried to put some plants and flowers in there to help with the smell, but the plants aren't kept alive so it adds to the weirdness.
We clearly communicated with the host our time of arrival, even asked if there would be somebody to greet us or if there was an entry code... they told us not to worry... when we arrived, there was nobody there and we didn't have any code. It took almost 2 hours (and for the host to be contacted by multiple people at VRBO) before we finally got some contact and the code. I think the host mostly communicates through automated messages normally... or at least that was what it felt like. Once we got over that hurdle, our stay was nice though.
