Nice, clean accommodation. 3 fans provided thankfully, as it got very hot in the sunny weather. Good location for Brick Lane and Spitalfields.

Lovely place with disappointing issues
The flat was clean and totally matched our expectations. However, arranging an earlier check-in proved difficult and, despite asking about every day without an answer, a later check out was impossible. I was also nagging them about getting access to the property manual, which we never got to see (and couldn’t use some amenities). The front door was broken when we arrived, but we only noticed once we wanted to leave the flat. The person who ended up fixing it was lovely, but it took talking to people over the phone over an hour, explaining that we indeed know how a door works, and that this one doesn’t. The sound isolation to the common corridors is very poor, and we were woken up by voices in the morning. Lastly, someone mistakenly rang the doorbell on our last day, the sound was so loud and long it felt like a fire alarm and stressed us out a lot.
