Broken fixtures, bathrooms not clean, but great location
The descriptions said there were 2 en suite bathrooms. Problem was that one was missing a shower head,both missing the shattaf, and one was missing the shower mixer. The kitchen was fine, buy no paper towels or other accessories that are normally at fine VRBOs. Also, the bathroom floors and sinks were dirty (I ended cleaning them). Additionally, only 3 small towels were given. Called the owner who said he would come over the next day to get everything fixed and more towels delivered. Nothing happened for the week. Contacted VRBO upon return and they said the owner would call me. It's now been 2 months and absolutely no contact. WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Flat near Marble Arch
We had a very pleasant 4 day stay at the flat. Zack is very accommodating and easy to work with. The flat is well situated near the Marble Arch tube station as well as easy walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. The beds and linens are very comfortable!

Great Apartment with AC
I loved this apartment. It had a large kitchen, a washer, and 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was perfect for the 6 of us. It is very close to the Marble Arch Underground Station and Hyde Park. There are outstanding restaurants on the street. It was a fantastic experience. Thanks!
