Descend to the ground floor and enter the primary living area, where the glass ceiling provides a trove of natural light. Relax on one of the two sofas or armchairs and watch your favourite flick on the flatscreen TV, surrounded by framed photos and art atop shelves on either side of the room. Access the private garden from here, where you can enjoy a dinner al fresco in the evening sun on the outdoor table.

Further down you’ll come across the formal dining area, painted a vibrant pink-crimson and featuring an expansive table with room for eight. Conveniently, the kitchen adjoins this space: tastefully designed with accents of white and grey-green, there’s a breakfast bar, gas hob and ample counter space in this spacious kitchen.

Though the cat and dog will not be present during your stay, and the home is cleaned to an extremely high standard, the property may not be suitable for those with allergies. The homeowner's housekeeper will attend twice a week to water the garden and flower boxes.
