Cashless but thats not advertised, parking £24! Obviously has to be paid by card, this is an issue. Cashless businesses need to make customers aware before they book with them as not everyone agrees with this. Had i known i wouldnt have booked this hotel

We arrived on a Saturday early evening to a very busy reception with only one receptionist. This made the process extremely slow. The receptionist was very helpful though. The room appeared to be clean on first impression but having dropped something next to the bed, it was obvious that area had not been cleaned for some time. Bottle tops and other sundry items lurked there. Otherwise the room served its purpose for an overnight stay on our travels. Very conveniently placed for the M25.

The room looked old and tired and in need of a refresh. When checking out the reception tried to increase the bill even though we had paid in advance and had incurred no additional charges. They tried to charge the difference between their standard room rate and the reduced room rate that I paid using my employee discounted rate. It took a while to explain why I was entitled to the reduced rate. Even though I settled the bill in full before arriving for my stay. I won’t stay there again.

The room was clean, the beds comfy but had raising damp on the wall. The bathroom needs attention with damp signs and the doir was damaged. The worst thing waa the shower was little more than a trickle which was very disappointing.
