Located in the heart of vibrant East London, this home sits in the lively and eclectic neighborhood of Hackney, just a short walk from Homerton and Hackney Central stations. The area is known for its creative energy, diverse community, and buzzing atmosphere. You’ll find yourself surrounded by independent cafes, trendy bars, artisan bakeries, and quirky boutiques, all within easy reach.

Nature lovers will appreciate being close to some of East London’s best green spaces. Take a stroll through the beautiful Victoria Park, enjoy the open fields of Hackney Marshes, or explore the scenic towpaths along the River Lea. Whether you're into outdoor workouts, peaceful picnics, or weekend markets, there’s something for everyone nearby.

The location is also ideal for getting around the city. With excellent transport links, you can be in Shoreditch, Liverpool Street, or even Oxford Circus in no time. Buses and Overground trains make travel quick and convenient, and there are plenty of cycle routes if you prefer to get around on two wheels.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
