The home boasts three spacious full bathrooms and two additional restrooms, providing comfort and convenience for all guests. It is also complete with fresh towels and toiletries.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the heart of Belgravia, one of London's most prestigious neighbourhoods, this charming area offers a perfect blend of elegance and convenience. Belgravia is known for its stunning Georgian architecture, tranquil streets, and proximity to some of London's most iconic landmarks, including Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park. The neighbourhood is filled with high-end boutiques, gourmet dining options, and cosy cafes, making it a delightful spot for both relaxation and exploration. With excellent transport links nearby, you'll have easy access to the rest of the city, including the vibrant districts of Westminster and Mayfair.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest underground station, Victoria, is just a 6-minute walk.

Heathrow Airport is a 50-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

The Air Conditioning is currently broken, so each bedroom has its own ice-cooled fan.

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

The gym equipment provided is for guest use at their own risk. Please ensure you are medically fit before using the equipment. The host accepts no responsibility for any injuries or accidents that may occur. Guests are expected to use the equipment correctly and safely.
