The living room is tastefully furnished, featuring a comfortable sitting area and a smart TV for enjoying your favorite shows. With ample lighting, it's the perfect spot for spending quality time with your group.

The dining area has a table and chairs, ideal for accommodating up to six guests.

Outside, you can unwind in the garden on the outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying al fresco dining.

The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfill your culinary requirements. There is a washer and dryer available for your laundry needs.

The first and second bedrooms have a double bed, and the third with a king-size bed. The three bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The property has multiple levels with 3 flights of stairs. The elderly might find this challenging.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Archway is a developing residential area known for its Victorian houses and new apartment blocks, popular with families and young professionals. It's centered on busy Junction Road, home to Turkish & Asian groceries, indie shops, cafes, and global eateries. Stalls at Saturday's Archway Market sell free-range meat, vegetables, and baked goods, and Archway Leisure Centre has a pool with a long slide, a spa, and a gym.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Archway, is just a 3-minute walk.

Heathrow Airport is a 1h15 drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
