The house is great and the location is very close to a lot of interesting spots in Fulham, including parks for kids or places for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Just remember that from Fulham you are about 45' to 1h away from London City Center, so your commute might be a bit long.

Good overall feeling: would stay here again.
Just a few small things that could be improved:
Lamp & under-counter lights not working in sitting room/kitchen. Rug in that room needs shampooing. We couldn’t find a T towel or dishcloth.
I was provided with a second key when requested. It would be better to have 2 sets at the outset or a key safe. My daughter & l needed access to flat independently: l didn’t want to risk hiding the key.
