Wohnung nicht bezugsfertig!!!

Wir waren pünklich zum Check-in an der Wohnung. Die Wohnung wurde renoviert und war eine Baustelle. Nach einem Telefonat mit dem Vermieter stellt sich heraus, dass die Wohnung im Februar verkauft worden war!!! Abgebucht wurde aber trotzdem - werde das Geld zurückfordern!!!
