LIVING AREA
A bright and modern living room with contemporary decor. Large, double glazed windows and hardwood floorboards run throughout. The studio is fully furnished including a dining table and chairs plus a comfy double bed. There is also a flat-screen, internet enabled TV allowing streaming if you have the relevant accounts. This studio flat has been creatively partitioned to provide a private sleeping nook and a separate living area. Quality linen, newly laundered and pressed, is provided for each stay.

KITCHEN
A separate and stylish kitchen is fully equipped including an electric hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine.

Fitzrovia is a creative neighbourhood and home to many architects, film production companies and famous advertising agencies. There are small, private art galleries dotted throughout the area and international cuisine is to be found around each corner. Academia and commerce combine to give Fitzrovia a gentle but vibrant atmosphere - it is a pleasure to wander the side streets but if you do become a bit worn out by urban life stroll up to Regents Park in ten minutes.

Lovely place in the heart of Fitzrovia — so many great restaurants nearby. Even though it’s listed as a studio, the bedroom closes off, which was a huge plus. Clean and well-stocked, with more than enough space!

Wonderful location

We enjoyed the flat location. It was a 2 minute walk to the tube. The beds were comfortable. Nice kitchen and bathroom. You could hear the outside traffic but not enough to keep you awake. You can definitely hear the neighbors below and above you- hope you have good neighbors! Loved having a washer and drying rack . Internet for flat 2 was off and on. Thankfully Richard was able to get us internet.

Great Location

The flat was great for a solo traveler and in the heart of Central London. Futon in the living area was comfortable but could use an update as it seemed a bit worn. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy at night due to being near pubs and restaurants, but otherwise, a great place to stay. I would stay here again.

Fantastic apartment - close to everything!

We originally booked Fitzrovia Studio 2, but were "upgraded" to Fitzrovia Studio 3. It was a perfectly sized studio apartment for my wife & I and our eight year old daughter. Great location and just about a 15-20 minute walk anywhere. No shortage of various restaurants & pubs in the neighborhood and a convenient grocery store just down the street. The bed was comfy and our daughter slept on the pull out sofa/futon. The apartment was very well appointed- we didn't cook in the kitchen, but did use the microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. We even did a couple loads of laundry (the heated towelbar/rack in the bathroom quickly dried everything!) Despite being on a somewhat busy street, the apartment was very quiet and we slept soundly every night of our stay. Only three minor issues are keeping me from giving a five star review: 1) the heat in the apartment wasn't working when we first arrived on a cold and snowy morning and it took two days until it was fixed properly. Not a big deal as there were plenty of blankets! 2) the fire/smoke alarm went off occasionally during the last two days of our stay - some maintenance men were working on the control panel downstairs, but we had no idea what was going on, if it was a test, or if we should evacuate! 3) there was a bit of mold/mildew on the walls and ceiling of the shower. Otherwise the apartment was spotless and very well maintained. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to our friends traveling to London. Belinda and the other London Agent representatives were very quick to respond to any issues via email or phone - they are very professional.
