Gastgeber hat sich einfach nicht gemeldet und war bis kurz vor der Ankunft nicht zu erreichen (auch nicht von FeWo), so dass wir im letzten Moment umbuchen müssten. Stressiger kann ein Urlaubsanfang nicht sein!

Die schlechte Erfahrung, die die andere Kundin mit dieser Unterkunft gemacht hat, kann ich leider nur bestätigen: Eigentlich hätten spätestens drei Tage vor dem Check-In vom Gastgeber aus Informationen zu der genauen Adresse oder Zugangsmodalitäten zur Wohnung kommen müssen. Dies ist nicht passiert. Auf Anfragen unsererseits gab es vom Vermieter auch nie eine Antwort. Versucht haben wir es mehrmals über die Plattform, per Telefon und auch per WhatsApp - zurück kam nichts. Drei Stunden vor unserer geplanten Ankunft kam dann plötzlich die Stornierungsnachricht ohne weitere Angaben. Wir mussten dann Last Minute in London eine Alternative finden.Ich kann nur sehr davor warnen, diese Unterkunft zu buchen!

Schlechte Kommunikation vom Eigentümer

Bereits vor der Anreise mussten wir der Eigentümerin hinterhertelefonieren, um die genaue Adresse und weitere Details zum Check-In zu erhalten. Am Tag der Anreise bekamen wir 10 Minuten bevor wir bei der Unterkunft angekommen waren, eine SMS, dass die Unterkunft nicht bewohnbar ist. Wir riefen die Eigentümerin an und sie wollte uns damit beauftragen, unser Geld zurückzufordern. Dies lehnten wir ab. Daraufhin setzte sie sich mit Home Away in Verbindung. Die Wartezeiten in der Hotline sind sehr lang, aber schlussendlich bekamen wir die Rückzahlung bestätigt. Alles in Allem war die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin sehr schwierig
