Whole studio apartment - please note this flat is on the top floor which will require you to walk up 4 flights of stairs. Please note that the building is undergoing essential renovations from Monday to Friday between 8am - 4pm, which may affect the entrance and stairways leading to the apartment. However, the interior of the advertised apartment remains unaffected as all construction is limited to the exterior areas of the building.

If we receive substantial evidence of such activities, we maintain the right to cancel your stay immediately, without providing a refund. Additionally, we may engage a security team to facilitate your eviction, with any associated costs being charged to you. Local authorities may also be involved if necessary.
Please Note: This apartment is located within a residential apartment complex building, which is undergoing cosmetic renovation works in the common areas, specifically the stairs leading up to the apartment and entryway. The apartment internally remains unaffected and as shown exactly in the photos, but you will encounter construction-related impacts in the common areas of the building.
This may include: * Dust in hallways and stairs * Exposed wiring and unfinished surfaces * Construction noise By booking to stay at our property, all house rules must be abided by the Guest otherwise you will either incur a heavy fine and/or our security team may have to remove you from the premises. THERE ARE ZERO EXCUSES. 1. Cleanliness: guests should not leave the property in a state that requires excessive/deep cleaning (e.g. Mouldy dishes, soiled carpets, stains from pets etc). Cleaning fees are set by us to only cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations. We ask guests to put used kitchenware into the dishwasher before they check-out. 2. Damage: where guests cause damage that is beyond the normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform Hosts of the damage asap. Please take care of our property as if it is your own home, damages will result in withholding your deposit. 3. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. We do not take kindly to this at all, because this is a quiet residential building and neighbourhood, DO NOT disrespect this. If you do, we will not hesitate to fine you £250.00 and/or remove you from the building and you will NOT receive your accommodation fee refunded. 4. We have a strictly non-smoking policy. This means NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY OR INSIDE THE BUILDING (no tobacco, e-cigarettes, cannabis, vaping). If we find any signs of smoking (e.g. smell reported by 2 independent people, or residue etc), we will impose a £250.00 fine.
5. Check-in time: guests should respect their Host's check-in window. If you believe there might be delays, then you must inform the Host which should be approved by the host. 6. Check-out time: guests should check-out no later than 11am (British local time). If you leave later than 11am without the Host's approval, you will be fined a £30.00 late-checkout fee. 7. Keys: when you check-out, please return the keys back to the lockbox. It is your responsibility during the duration of your reservation to look after the keys. If you have lost or damaged them, you must inform your host and either you will be fined its replacement cost or your deposit will not be released back to you. 8. NO PETS WHATSOEVER (service animals are not allowed either). 9. The maximum number of guests is limited to 3 persons, including children. You must inform us if you have any visitors that will stay over at least 1 night. Failure to do so will resort in charging you the £25 per extra guest per night. 10. Energy usage: please use the water, electricity and heating reasonably as if it were your own home. Do not use in excess, for example, by leaving the lights on, or forgetting to turn the boiler off. Your deposit will not be released back to you if this is breached. 11. Noise: guests should respect the 9pm – 6am quiet hours and should not disturb the surrounding community with disruptive level of noise (e.g. loud music, shouting, slamming doors etc). 12. NO COMMERCIAL FILM OR PHOTOGRAPHY: guests should not participate in film or photography that is intended for commercial use or profit without documented permission from the Host.

This was by far the worst VRBO experience we have ever had. The access to the 4th floor studio was truly a construction zone complete with rickety, crumbling handrail, and no handrail for the final flight. It did not feel safe. We did not stay and immediately book an alternative VRBO nearby which was comparable price and a different world above in quality and safety.

The property is a construction zone! Yes, the flat was semi ok after you had slogged your way up and down the staircase. We were not told of the work going on for which someone did apologise and sent some snacks that consisted of microwave popcorn, rice crackers, pretzels and another couple of bits. The worst pillows I have ever experienced, the bed is ghastly and the pull out couch is a joke. The only thing this accommodation has going for it is location! I was told someone would help with bags up the stairs, seriously, don’t believe a word you are told about this place !!!

Excelente ubicación, en un barrio tranquilo y cerca del metro de Earl's Court.Apartamento bonito, luminoso y limpio.Toda una sorpresa en encontrarnos café, té, azúcar y aceite.La comunicación con Veena fue buena.La única pega es que el edificio está en rehabilitación y el gran tramo de escaleras hasta llegar al ático, pero es algo que informan previamente. Sin duda, lo recomendaría!
