Open plan kitchen as part of the living area with electric cooker, kettle, toaster, coffee makers, and spacious cupboard. Living area contains a double sofa, four-chair dining table, a lower shelf with DVD players and books, working desk, and a wall mount LCD TV. The bedroom contains double bed, a ceiling -height cupboard, two bedside drawers a Chester drawer, and a small mount LCD TV.     No Communication and only excuses

    I booked this location very soon to my arrival date. Within two hours of booking, my plans changed and I reached out to the property owner to request a full refund as I booked prematurely. I was still within the window to receive a partial refund, however, the property owner did not respond to me in a timely manner. Property owner denied me any kind of refund or understanding even though I reached out as soon as possible.
