Great place and good location. staff very welcoming and helpful. lots of plates pots & pans for cooking, also fridge to store food, also great wall mounted TV with many good channels , If I had to pick a small thing no bin bags in kitchen and no surface cloths for wiping up. that aside I would highly recommend.

I was going to stay one week, but I decided to book one day before that so I could se the place. Thankfully, I did that. The place had holes in the walls, old carpet, missing pieces in the shower... The stairs smell like cigarettes. You can stay in a much better place with the same amount of money.

You get what you pay for. Room was small and dingy, which I could live with for 1 night. Location was great. More bothered by the fact that reception tried to charge my card again despite the being fully paid for. She only checked after I refused over and over (this was a reward night, and I saw some comments about suspicious charges on other reviews), and showed me a slip to say payment was only held, not charged. The name on the slip wasn't mine. When I pointed that out, she just said "mistake", no apologies. I cannot be sure if it was an honest error.

My first few days was in a tiny room with no Air conditioners. It only has an extractor fan. I had to open up windows during the day. Daily change of towels is the only service rendered. My six days wa on the same bedsheet

The room looked like a throwback to the 1980's, meaning that the furnishings seemed to be at least 30 years old, and not well cared for. The bathroom and kitchenette sink smelled of sewage, the room was hot and with only a small window for ventilation, and the mattress and floor were horrifically stained. If any of this sounds charming, it shouldn't - don't stay here, get an AirBnB instead.

Pretty okay

My stay was ok. Service was good and staff was quick to help in any enquiries. Wifi in the basement was great. There were water stains on the lower bottom of the bed and bathroom fan was very noisy but overall pretty good value for money if you need a central part of town to stay. Wouldn't mind staying there again.

Avoid!

First room I was put in was was absolutely disgusting, stains everywhere, and no bigger than the double itself. Asked to moved and was put in another disgusting room in a building opposite the main hotel building. The second room was so disgustingly smelly, stains from floor to ceiling, the heating is permanently on even after turning off the thermostat so it is far too hot in there, the shower doesn’t work - it goes from freezing cold to scorching hot and back again continuously. The tv doesn’t work, on the odd occasion that the tv actually receives signal, the tv speakers have obviously been blown and the sound barely comes out, and when it does come out it is completely muffled. The signal for the WiFi was terrible, it kept disconnecting, but apart from that, the worst was the absolute filth and dirt and stains from the moment you walk into the main building, to every inch of the “apartment” room and bathroom. (Which is bedsit, not apartment). The “kitchenette” is falling apart, there was only one glass tumbler and one ceramic mug, and both of them were dirty, the rooms have clearly never been cleaned. The towels provided were covered in rips. I had to book and pay for another hotel to sleep in over night becuase the filth is disgusting I could not sleep there, and none of the amenities (tv/WiFi/shower) even work! Was attracted by the very cheap London price, but now I see why! Avoid at all costs!!

Clean and functional.

Easy to find, quick check in with friendly staff. The accommodation was clean and functional with good WiFi signal. The apartment could do with a little TLC but it had everything I needed for an overnight business trip and at a very competitive price. Local area had plenty of shops and places to eat and has good tube links. Taking into account the price paid for staying in central London I was happy with my stay and have rebooked as a result

Loud, uncomfortable and full of hair

Full of other people's hair, the stairwell up to the rooms is absolutely disgusting, covered in dirt and smells awful. The room was so loud and was boiling hot, no air con and no window ventilation (unless you wanted to be kept up all night by noise). Shocked at how dirty the quilt and pillows were beneath the covers and the shower was full of black mold and grime.

It was not worth of how much i paid. Room is small however it appears big in the website. Bathroom was too small and not hygienic. Only positive thing was the location. Kitchen utensils was not properly clean. I stay at room no. 5. It should be last option for anyone for one night stay.
