Bedrooms: Two spacious bedrooms, each with comfortable double beds, fresh linens, and ample storage.

Bathroom: Modern and clean with a shower, fluffy towels, and basic toiletries provided.

Living Area: Relax and unwind with a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi for all your streaming and work needs, and a comfy seating area.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need to whip up meals, including a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, and a kettle. Cookware, dishes, and utensils are all provided!

Heating: Stay warm and cozy, no matter the season, with efficient heating throughout the apartment.

In order to combat unsolicited parties and be kind neighbours we have a noise monitoring device in the apartment (this is a camera free device which you can find more about by searching for 'Minut' online).
Should the noise breach a certain level after 8pm for a sustained period of time then we will be alerted and will call the Police to attend the apartment to put a stop whatever is taking place. Your reservation will then be terminated with no refunds and your security deposit retained.

We are proud to be good neighbours and absolutely will not tolerate anti social behaviour of any kind whatsoever.

Popular neighborhood with a lot of character

The place is located in Queen's Crescent, a neighborhood with a lot of character. There are small grocery stores and small restaurants all around, even across the street. On weekends, they close the street and there is a little market with clothes vendors and other products. It is about A 10-minute walk from the train station and about 2 minutes away from the bus stop. Camden Town is the next stop on the train and it is a very busy, commercial neighborhood with countless stores and restaurants, including Camden Market. London city center is about 20 minutes on the train. We were able to get anywhere pretty easily using the Northern Line, although it can be confusing at times. As far as the apartment itself, it is ok. It was very clean, it needs a few repairs, no air conditioning (but we opened the windows), it has a washing machine but no dryer. You have to use the drying rack. We had no issue drying our clothes because the weather was so hot for London during the week we were there. In general, it is a good deal, great centric location.

Review of flat

The flat was clean, however the flat needed updating. The walls had holes. The door would not stay shut. The smoke detector in the hallway was hanging and not hooked up. The area was further away from the underground than mentioned in advertisements. The area was very noisy.

sejour tres agreable appartement tres fonctionnel nous avons seulement été étonné qu'il n'y ai pas d'état des lieux fait et d'inventaire il manquait seulement une cafetière un saladier et un plat qu'on aurait apprécié !mais l'impression générale est très très bonne nous le recommanderons à nos amis
