A FUIR !

Ce proprio ne s’intéresse qu’à l’argent qu’il retire de sa location. Il évite au maximum le contact avec le locataire et a très peu de respect pour lui… Très difficilement joignable : ne répondait pas aux appels ayant des numéros hors Royaume-Uni car trop coûteux... L’appartement correspondait bien aux photos du site Abritel. Le proprio ne nous a donné aucune information concernant la location. Résultat : jour 1, douche froide. Jour 2, interrupteur activé mais impossible de mitiger puisque de l’eau extrèmement chaude sortait de tous les robinets (y compris de la chasse d’eau !) Quand enfin nous avons pu prendre une douche tempérée, aucun débit… (sur l’annonce Abritel est indiqué un bain à remous !) Lit chambre : lattes manquantes ou déboîtées. Linge de lit OK Matelas d’appoint très sale. Avons trouvé une couette et sa housse + un drap-housse. Pas d’oreiller. Aucun linge de lit pour la 4ème personne... 2 petites serviettes et une grande serviette fournies pour 4 adultes. Cuisine à peine balayée, poubelle pas complètement vidée (idem dans salle de bain) Mise à disposition d’un seul couteau (sale), de plusieurs fourchettes, quelques grandes cuillères, aucune petite cuillère Des assiettes, des verres, des bols à relaver avant utilisation. Frigo : des produits entamés : une bouteille de lait, du jambon entamé, une sauce… Four : un récipient avec de l’huile de cuisson et un plat de poisson nauséabond et moisi… Tapis et moquette : état très douteux.
