Absolute Enttäuschung

Dieses Haus darf man eigentlich nicht vermieten!!! Sauberkeit, Lage, Einrichtung, baulicher Zustand und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sind total enttäuschend gewesen. Der Vermieter hat in seiner Anzeige Fotos drin, die nicht in diesem Haus gemacht wurden. Es gibt z.B keine Badewanne in dem Bad. Zudem stellen die Fotos eine schicke Moderne und sauber Einrichtung dar. Dies ist nicht der Fall. Da wird man schon bei der Buchung betrogen. Bei Ankunft war Reinigungspersonal anwesend, das Haus war aber absolut verschmutzt. Auf Nachfrage beim Vermieter kam nochmal jemand und putzte das Haus. Danach war es ok. Die defekte Toilettenspülung wurde auch bemängelt, der versprochene Handwerker kam nicht zur Reparatur. Wir mussten uns mit einem Eimer Wasser behilflich sein. Das Mobiliar war teilweise sehr alt und defekt, die Matratzen in den Betten so abgenutzt, dass man von den Federn in den Rücken gepiekt wurde. An schlafen in diesem Bett war nicht zu denken. Ich musst mich auf das kleine Sofa legen und habe schlaflose Nächte verbracht. Der Garten war voll mit Müll und nicht betretbar. Einige Fenster ließen sich nicht schließen. Die Umgebung des Hauses war nicht schön, überall lag Müll rum. Die Agentur Fewo-direkt hat uns mit diesen Problemen leider genauso wie der Vermieter alleine gelassen. Der Aufenthalt war eine absolute Katastrophe. Wenn das Haus nicht so unglaublich teuer gewesen wäre, wären wir in ein Hotel umgezogen.
