Sadly the property is tired, it’s up for sale and they have let things slip, dirty grout in the bathrooms, lights not working, bathroom door lock broken, my wife was locked in the bathroom twice and despite me asking no repair was made, no microwave, missing some essential kitchen utensils, no ferias bowls etc etc, one of the bath towels was dirty, this was replaced when I mentioned it.
