We didn’t even get so stay there

Don’t book this property! The host messaged by two days before our reservation, just to say that the property is no longer available. I still haven’t heard anything else from them, and am still trying to get a refund. I don’t know how the details of the place are, because we weren’t even able to stay there, we had to find other last minute lodging.

Dated and deceiving

Entry way to the flat was littered with garbage, which was hard to see because none of the lights worked in the halls/stairway. As we entered the flat it was much more dated than shown in the pictures and it looks like the walls were painted by toddlers. It says a washer and dryer is included, but it didn’t work, and when we contacted the host to come fix it, she said she would, but never showed up. Hot water also didn’t work in the kitchen. Windows were dated and drafty. Had to sleep with earplugs in because it sounded like we were sleeping on the sidewalk. The only positive is that the bed was comfortable and clean, and the flat is in a good location. Overall very disappointed.
