Very cozy joyful traditional apartment in the heart of Central London, Lancaster Gate by Hyde Park. A very charming living room with luxurious Moroccan sofas that turn into 2 comfortable single beds. It's homely, spacious and very bright with big windows. Very well located, just one minute's walk from Lancaster Gate station and about 4 minutes from Heathrow Express Paddington. Kensington, Harrods, British Museum and the Royal Albert Hall are just across the park.

Bed bugs!! Do not stay here!!!

After staying here we woke up with bed bugs bites all over our bodys so we had to check in to hotel instead and got no refund at all!! The host did not even answer us. Totaly overpriced. The bed is so hard and uncomfortable and the apartment smells and feels dirty. This really ruined our vacation…. Dont book this!

Run Away! Do not rent! Convenient location but that's it. Faulty lock that left us locked out. Had to pay to have lock replaced. Homeowner got free upgrade worth almost 500 USD. Communication is terrible and owner refuses to acknowledge messages/calls. No AC (which is common) but no fans so No air movement. convenient location means noisy at night with windows open Also in England, ground floor is floor 0. So second story flat means third floor in US. Would not rent again.

Stay was double booked

Host notified us the day we landed in London she had no record of our reservation we booked 4 months in advance and even Messaged her to confirm. There was nothing she could do because she couldn’t see the reservation- however 10 minutes later she was able to cancel the res on her end. Vrbo was unable to help us make new arrangements either. How unfortunate.
