Great Location

The location of this flat is wonderful! Communication with the owner was good--all questions answered quickly. It was hot in London while we were there and the rooms were stuffy and warm due to lack of air flow and weak fans.

Horrible experience...

On the day we were to arrive, we were notified that there was no hot water in our (3 bdrm) unit. We were told that we would have to check into two units (a 2-bdrm & a 1-bdrm). We were told that there was an elevator. The elevator did not work, so we had to haul suitcases up 89 steps. The units we were put in had several maintenance issues. We went down and looked at the entrance to the unit we were supposed to stay in, it looked really bad. We asked to look at the unit before we moved. Then we were told that the unit was not rented to someone else. This was all just a scam and a series of lies by the "HOST?????"

Amazing place to stay in London

I stayed in this apartment with close friends and family, and it was perfect for us during our vacation. The interior was modern, clean, and well-maintained; it looked just like the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised by its size and layout, which gave us plenty of room for our luggage. The stairs leading to the front door are a bit steep, but they were no problem for my group. We loved the location of the apartment. It was near one of the major metro stops, making it easy to get to any major attractions, museums, and locations. On top of that, it was surrounded by notable shops and restaurants. For us, it was within walking distance of most things we had on our travel itinerary. Our host was very accommodating and attentive. He answered any concerns or questions we had about our stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this listing for a variety of individuals, couples, families, and trips!!

Fabulous Location, Comfortable and Clean

Loved the flat....it was so close to the Strand and the tube and the bus.....we were right where we wanted to be....close to everything but on a quiet street with a relaxed atmosphere. Alex, our host, was super responsive and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the flat was very clean. Would definitely stay again.
