    Ghosted

    We had a terrible experience. We were ghosted by the host. We never were given access to the apartment. We ended up spending several hours lugging our luggage around and spending over double the amount for lodge than anticipated. It was my first visit to London and Brixton Cosy wasted so much of my time and money. I feel scammed.
