We had a perfect stay! The flat was impeccably clean, and the layout was perfect for 2 couples to stay there and have room to convene and room for privacy. Paloma and team were fabulous - they made check-in easy and provided everything we could have needed. Neighborhood was fabulous - walking distance to V&A and so much more. Thank you!

We will book this flat again in the future. It’s an amazing, very comfortable, and convenient place. We booked the place at the end of May 2025 for an Eric Clapton concert and had a great time. Comfy beds, kitchen has a washer and dryer, living room was cozy, the garden patio was a bonus - we had fabulous weather. Paloma (staff) was very sweet and responsive. It’s in a great location. Walking distance to the tube, great restaurants, shopping near Kensington Park, the Royal Albert Hall, and the Natural History Museum. Be aware, the property is a level below the street and has narrow stair steps. Rolling baggage may be challenging to manage.

Short stay in South Kensington

Communication was very easy, and the hosts very responsive to any and all issues. The property is spacious and well laid out, especially for children. Great to have a washer on-site.We had some challenges with wifi (unfortunate, as we were trying to work) but otherwise all went well. Be aware when booking that it's down a very steep flight of stairs, which may cause challenges for folks with limited mobility.

Lovely flat in lovely location

Our family had a great time visiting many close by atttractions due to the convenient location of this apartment. The space was quiet, clean and comfortable. Communication with the rental management team was always available and we received prompt responses. Our only suggestions for improvement would be if the apartment offered an alternate coffee maker, such as a Melitta filter (the specialized nespresso pods run out quickly with families that drink coffee). Otherwise, our stay in this apartment made our week in London navigable and so enjoyable! It is so easy to access the tube and bus routes from this location!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in top Lage

Die Wohnung liegt hervorragend, zentral in einer schönen ruhigen Seitenstraße in einer der besten Gegenden von London. V&A, Hyde Park, Harrods, Restaurants und Geschäfte alles in Laufdistanz. U-Bahn und Bus ebenfalls zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist eine der in London typischen Souterrain-Wohnungen, sehr schön eingerichtet, komfortabel groß und top ausgestattet, schöne Bäder und Küche mit allem, was man braucht, alles sehr sauber. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief ebenfalls bestens, da es eine Firma ist, war immer jemand ansprechbar. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!
