The hotel offers great space compared to other places in London. The amenities in the apartment are excellent for families. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is also within a walking distance to the Chancery Lane underground.

My apartment was well-equipped, well-maintained, with good security, concierge and cleaning services. Surprisingly quiet location, just minutes away from Farringdon and Chancery Lane tube stations. Great amenities on the doorstep.

Great value for money in the heart of the Clerkenwell area. We really enjoyed our stay, and being looked after by day fantastic concierge David. Apartment was clean and well appointed. Not the Ritz, but luxurious enough for a weekend away. We'll be back!

A last minute decision to find some accomodation near a wedding venue has turned out to be a winner... a super studio apartment with everything needed... we were met at tne door by the manager Dave who went above and beyond in getting us sorted.2 mins grom trains and 7 mins from the tube..location cannot be faulted.

Stayed 4 nights in September. Excellent experience. Apartment was huge and clean. Beds were comfortable. Nespresso was great. Washing machine worked well. Front desk staff were professional, especially George. He was so nice and helpful. The day when we arrived, my daughter was sick. He helped searching a doctor around who could come over the apartment as it was a Sunday and no clinic would open. The morning when we checked out to catch an early flight, it was still in the mid-night. He helped order a taxi in advance with the lowest fare among those I had ever checked. Location of the apartments is convenient. Five minutes walk to Farringdon tube station. One stop to King's Cross. Also buses run to Oxford Circus. But we took taxi most of the time as the apartment is in central London. There are nice restaurants, Boots and some Sainsbury's around. We will definitely come back.

Really nice studio, the staff was nice and listened to any request I may had :) They just need to refurbished a little bit the studio but everything was fine. The only downside was the wifi which wasn't free £12 per 24 hours...

great location in the centre of London- a few minuites walk from Farrington station. Great greeting on reception -WIFI was good - nespresso coffee pods 2 availble ( you can purchase more or bring extra) shower would not drain whist there but a call down to reception and they were there immediatley

The studio apartments here were an ideal location for a friends wedding, however a little overpriced for the location as it was the same price as the west end and everything is mostly closed around here at the weekend. Apartments were on the larger size and well stocked with everything you'd need. My biggest frustration was the call at 10AM to say we needed to leave as that's the check out time, after a long night it wasn't a welcome call as we had about ten minutes to get ready and leave, there was also no mention upon check in of this time. I wished I'd stayed at a hotel which would have been cheaper and had an extra two hours for that much needed lie in!

I was in London on business and stayed here for 2 nights. Great little apartment with a small kitchen including a 2 burner cooktop and all utensils, cookware etc you would need. Very clean & spacious room. Some of the wood veneer in my bathroom could be re-stained but that was aesthetic and everything was in working order and the bathroom itself was clean. Great location in walking distance of the tube's Chancery Lane and Farringdon stations. Good restaurant right across from it: The Bleeding Heart. The only thing I thought was odd was that there was not always someone at the reception desk. Will stay again next time I am in London though.

We had a charming corner apartment, on the fourth floor, which was perfect for our needs. The apartment had all necessary facilities for a pleasant stay: good size fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, a microwave, oven and hob. The bed, bedding and feather pillows were comfortable. The place was very clean and tidy and the bathroom, with a separate shower cubicle- rather than in the bath, was exactly what we were looking for. What is lacking to make it five start is having a cleaner in daily to make the bed, remove the rubbish and give the place a quick tidy up. Internet is very slow. Disappointing and an easy problem to be fixed. It is in an excellent location, 500 yards from Farringdon tube and train station. The friendly, 24 hour concierge, is also a plus. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes around and the whole area seems very safe at night.
