SCAM! DO NOT book this!!
They cancelled on us one hour before check-in.
I had seen another review here that said something similar and had not received check-in info so I tried to contact VRBO Support and the host several days ahead. The VRBO support did nothing to help me except say ‘Don’t worry we will help you!’ and I couldn’t reach the host until 3 hours before check-in.
At that point they told us we would receive check-in info in time but then instead cancelled on us ONE HOUR before we were supposed to check in.
This is clearly a scam and should be taken off the site.

I have been lied and scammed. After a long flight from Miami to London, standing in-front of this apartment and called to get a key, she answered and said that my reservation was cancelled but they never given me any notice plus my prepaid full amount $472 money has not been refund. I have called Orbitz and went straight to VRBO. They said that they sent an email to the owner and called but no response yet.
