Well lived in

Looked like it was someones primary accomodation - food in fridge and cupboards ( some of it expired) / clothes in wardrobes etc. Power tripped , electrics seem tempramental No SKY TV or Microwave as advertised. 3 star but could be a very nice short let

Definitely no go!!! Stay away from a house of horror.

You would think that any landlord would aim to provide at least a basic standard of clean, functional and in working order premises. This property is in shambles first impression, outside glas and mirror parts leaning against the front window, covering the view of both windows. Once you enter the house through the not properly closing front door, you find yourself in the middle of what supposed to be the living room. A arrangement of three sofa‘s / couch like collected from the local scrap yard are finished from a table like construction of two wooden blocks with a loose glas plate on top. Walking towards the kitchen the loose laminate jumps with every step, keep wearing shoes or the nails will great your feet. To the left you find the small and tiny bathroom, where you struggle to turn on the lights as the string operated switch is hanging from the sealing. And if you pull stronger you will hold the whole thing in your hands, at least it would safe you from seeing the nice shower curtain with mould marks tell you a very own story… a neverending one. Three steps down and you reach the kitchen, but stop what was that. Are the black and white vinyl tiles moving? No switching on the lights in the kitchen and two tiny mouse sitting one a black tile each looking at me before hiding under the fridge which clearly offered various entrance options to their very own mouse heaven. So much about the cleaning at the property. The fridge was half full with stuff out of date since a quarter of a year, same like two other cupboards. Stay away… the selection of plates and glasses would make charity shop look like harrods. The Waschmaschine is out of order, the bed collapses when you get in, the pavement in the garden is loose and the artificial grass stinks like a death pond. On top of that comes the shameful and disrespectful behaviour from the landlady, which turned up to improve the situation, but left after half’n hour after doing nothing at all. And was never heard or seen since…. Please whatever you do, but don’t stay here
