The prestigious villa is equipped with every comfort and is fully equipped.

Villa Elma has three spacious bedrooms, one with a walk-in closet and a large balcony with lake view and two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a whirlpool tub.
The living room is composed of a comfortable sofa that becomes a bed, TV, and is connected to the fully equipped kitchen.

The living room leads to the dining area with splendid windows with sliding system that allow access to the large terrace, very sunny, from which you can enjoy a magnificent panorama overlooking the lake.

The villa is surrounded by a garden where you can relax or sunbathe.
The garden is also equipped with table, chairs and has a barbecue fireplace.
From the villa you can access the large shared swimming pool, also suitable for children, which is located inside the small residence of four houses of which Villa Elma is part.
