Within the prestigious and elegant "Bristol Exclusive" residence, in modern style with large windows, a studio flat located on the ground floor with a beautiful view of the swimming pool, ideal for couples or small families of up to 3 people.

The accommodation consists of a spacious and bright living room from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the residence's swimming pool and garden, a sofa convertible into a single bed and a hidden double bed, a dining table and chairs for 4 people, flat-screen TV, modern open-plan kitchen and fully equipped.

Padenghe is a small town on the Brescia shore of Lake Garda, nestled in the greenery of the moraine hills. This land constitutes the productive area of the most important D.O.C. wine in the province of Brescia: the "Garda Classico". Padenghe Castle on Lake Garda hosts theatrical companies for interesting evenings, musical groups, historical and folkloric re-enactments that fill the sweet evenings after a day spent on a boat or on the beaches. This area of Lake Garda also offers many nightclubs for younger people.

We had to leave a week earlier than planned as there was no ventilation in the property at one point it was 33 degrees at 3am! Engineer came out left exposed ceilings and did not return to fix when arranged! We had very little sleep the 5 nights we were there due to the heat. WonderfulItaly explained it does not say air conditioning is part of the apartment, however I have stayed all over Europe and beyond and would think air conditioning would be standard in a hot country. They did not mention that it was NOT included either ! Obviously it has been broken for a while as there is air conditioning in the apartment. The complex its self was lovely. We had to clean the floors when we arrived as we were walking around with very dirty feet.

Très bonne situation géographique. Bonne communication avec l 'agence 4 jours avant le départ.La piscine était superbe.on avait qu'a traverser la rue et on pouvais aller dans le lac.dommage qu 'il n 'y a pas la climatisation. on avait pris les devant, on a pris deux ventilateurs avec.

Die Wohnung musste 2 x am Boden aufgewischt werden. Beides Mal war der Wassereimer stark verschmutzt. Die Deckenleuchte war stark befallen mit abgestorbenen Fliegen. Die Dusche war verschmutzt und musste ebenfalls von uns gereinigt werden. Die Gebäudeeingangstüre (nicht Wohnungstüre) konnte nicht verriegelt werden, da seit Monaten defekt lt. Aussage der anderen Hausbewohner. Pool stark verschmutzt und wurde daher von uns gemieden. Nebenan wurde ein neues Gebäude errichtet. In der Beschreibung wurde Malerarbeiten mit Gerüst am eigenen Gebäude angezeigt. Bitte kontaktieren Sie mich bezgl. eines nachträglichen Preisnachlasses.
